COVID-19 Prevention and Protocol

La Felicita views the health and safety of our Employees and Guests as a top priority amid the global COVID-19 pandemic.

During this time, we have placed an increased focus on both your and our health and safety to keep our establishment open during and after lockdown.

At La Felicita, we take your safety seriously, and below are some of the measurements we have put in place

The availability of hand sanitisers as well as the disinfecting of room keys, to ensure guests’ health and safety throughout their stay.

Express check-out service for reduced contact

Social Contact
Employees and guests that will be entering the premises, must maintain a 2-meter distance from each other and we request that this distance be maintained in any public space.

Clean Hands
All entry areas will have alcohol-based hand sanitizer, readily available for your use. You can find it in reception, and, on special request, in your room.

Our new cleaning protocol addresses enhanced social distancing, sanitisation, and hygienic efforts to ensure that we are exceeding all the cleanliness expectations of today’s traveller.

Guest rooms will, in-between guests, undergo deep cleaning and sanitization.

Increased sanitation stations and social distancing measures have been implemented throughout the estate.

High-touch points like door handles and public area furniture will be sanitised multiple times per day.

Our Staff
The safety of our own staff is paramount. Staff returning to work to perform duties will have their temperatures taken and recorded daily. Should there be any flags, further screening and isolation will apply.

The staff have been instructed to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves and sanitary masks while performing housekeeping duties and during direct interactions with guests.

A hygiene Officer has been appointed at the property and face masks have been provided and are always worn by each staff member.
